OneShield, Inc., the developer of
OneShield Dragon, a rules- and tools-based, data-driven policy management solution, announces the establishment of the company’s Global Strategy Division.
Leading OneShield's initiatives and entry into markets outside of North America is Liza Smith, recently hired as general manager of OneShield Global Strategy. Smith joins OneShield from EMC Document Sciences where she was vice president and global head of insurance.

Smith will be responsible for the development and deployment of the Dragon product suite in all markets outside the U.S.
