In some cases we’re improving our core technology by extending legacy systems that are generally meeting our needs today. In the case of our commercial lines policy administration system, we are working with our vendor partner to migrate off their legacy system to their most current version. In the case of reporting and analysis, we are currently engaged in a project to replace our legacy systems and myriad data stores with a data warehouse and business intelligence tools.
